Hiro Muzushima and Ayaka Wedding

Japanese actor Hiro Muzushima and singer-songwriter Ayaka tied the knots on February 22. The couple announced the wedding news jointly Thursday at a press conference in Tokyo.

The two met one year ago during a magazine interview and married after dating for only eight months. Ayaka, 21 said she has decided to leave the show business and undergo treatment for her Basedow’s disease, which impelled their marriage.
