Kim Yu Na Dominates World Figure Skating Championships in L.A.
Kim Yu-Na easily won the Gold medal during the World Figure Skating Championship in L.A. on March 29. She shattered the record for the highest point earned during competition with 207.71. Joannie Rochette of Canada came in second and Miki Ando of Japan came in third for the bronz medal. Her main rival Mao Asada missed several key jumps and finished in fourth.
Kim Yu Na became the first woman skater to top 200 points.
