Miss Rachel Kum, Miss Singapore Universe 2009

Rachel Kum won Miss Universe Singapore on May 9 and will head to Bahama to compete for the Miss Universe 2009.  She will be joining Emili Miyasaka who won Miss Japan Universe just recently.  Miss Singapore 2008 Shenice Wong made her final walk before giving the jewel crown to Rachel Kum.
