MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2009 Winners

The MTV Video Music Award was held yesterday at Saitama Super Arena.  There were many live perfomances including performances from BoA and Sean Garrett, Ciara and Black Eyed Peas.  The MTV Japan 2009 winners include:
