Ryoko Hirosue in Goemon Movie, May 2009
Goemon, is a movie based on the life of legendary 16th century ninja and bandit Ishikawa Goemon who uses his super-human abilities to steal from the rich and give to the poor. One night Goemon finds a mysterious box which was being pursued by other ninjas. The battle for the box unfolds.
Goemon movie debut on May 1, 2009 in Japan. World wide release date has not been confirmed yet.
The film stars Ryoko Hirosue, Yosuke Eguchi, Takao Osawa and is written and directed by Kazuaki Kiriya.
