SNSD Girls Generation New Album Cover Controversy

There is a controversy surrounding SNSD Girls Generation new mini-album.  The album cover shows a Japanese fighter jet resembling those during the World War II.  Among the older people in Korea and China, there is still a strong hatred against Japanese government to what they did to their citizens during World War II.  Take a look for yourself.  Do you think it is appropriate?
